Studio Enti

Studio Enti is a Sydney-based design practice led by Naomi Taplin that specialises in handmade lighting and tableware. Crafted by local artisans, the porcelain pieces display a muted colour palette, intentional design, and a mindful character. From pendants and sconces to wall and ceiling lights, the studio explores the versatility of porcelain through minimalist forms, prioritising longevity, sustainability, and intricate detailing. By utilising sustainable materials and practices, the brand aspires to keep its environmental impact to a minimum and ensure longevity and durability while cleverly crossing boundaries of function and beauty.

2024 marked a significant year of growth for Studio Enti, setting the foundation for 2025. Professionally, the studio aims to deepen partnerships with architects, designers, and trade experts. On the creative front, the studio is expanding its signature colour palette to earthy-toned hues, and further innovative designs as Studio Enti explores forms and functionalities that continue and complement its signature aesthetic.

Among its notable pieces are seamless sconces, characterised by round or semi-circular forms that integrate harmoniously with walls, offering sculptural warmth through captivating shadows and illumination. With its celestial glow and rounded silhouette, the hero Orb pendant light aspires to provide a focal point in any space. In contrast, the Eos ceiling light offers understated elegance, seamlessly adapting to various interiors.

With the launch of its lighting collection, Studio Enti builds on the success of its tableware- a culmination of years of meticulous planning, passion, prototyping, and thoughtful design evolution.

"The ability to work in developing everyday objects brings a sense of grounding and purpose to my practice. I am interested in creating beautiful, functional pieces that connect with the human psyche. Pieces that have the ability to tell a story and to enrich the tasks and the lives of the user“. - Naomi Taplin

As Studio Enti expands its porcelain collection into 2025, the team is excited to collaborate directly with trade partners to support local production and ensure short lead times. IN-TERIA Goods

IN-TERIA Goods, a range of everyday objects, was launched by IN-TERIA in 2012. What started as a self-directed creative exploration within the studio led to the first four of the original O-Series, a collection of turned timber architectural hardware. Since then, the Linear Series, Serendipity and You-Spin-Me Collections have been added to the range.

IN-TERIA is dedicated to the principles of functionalism, where every form is utilitarian and sculptural, inviting an engaging and tactile experience. This approach also emphasises the characteristics and capabilities of materials and showcases the exceptional skills of local makers, artisans, and craftspeople.

Moving into 2025, IN-TERIA is planning new additions to the O-Series, Linear Series and You-Spin-Me Collection, as well as another new product that reuses waste generated through the production of their larger products. The new year will also see the return of the M-Series, a collection of metal architectural 'embellishments', and the launch of the new Vessel Collection for collectors and organisers.

Stephen Robert Carlier

Stephen Robert Carlier is a Melbourne-based artist specialising in the possibilities of Venetian plastering. Founding his own practice in Melbourne, he immerses into creating pieces that balance between art and sculpture, exploring depth and texture in his works.

To be launched in 2025, Stephen is currently designing a chair he feels will be his most remarkable creation yet. Simultaneously, he is developing a new body of work, expanding his evolution into sculpture and object design.
