Will and Jonah developed PropCode's first tool, PropCode CDC, to instantly show the eligibility of a property for the NSW fast-track complying development (CDC) approval. Not all properties in NSW are eligible for the CDC approval, with less than 50% of properties zones for low density residential applicable for a duplex via the CDC. To make sense of this convoluted eligibility criteria manually would be a time consuming and hefty task, involving checking dozens of rules and maps. PropCode CDC, however, can provide accurate and extensively transparent answers in mere seconds, and has been utilised in the industry for over a year due to its success and accessibility.
