At Nx Studio, sustainability exists at the core of every design, and not just as an afterthought. Under the guidance of Director Nicola Millward, the studio embraces a collaborative, client-focused practice that favours the thoughtful development of spaces over demolition. Nx Studio operates under the belief that design should enhance and preserve existing environments, whilst prioritising the use of recycled and sustainable materials to minimise environmental impact.

The studio spans commercial, residential and hospitality projects, infusing each space with purpose and heart integral to the practices identity. Their spaces are further defined by functionality and cost-effective processes, in order to achieve maximum output with minimal intervention.

The studios central ethos is defined by one of Milward's personal milestones; guiding a client to preserve and reimagine their space rather than replace it. This moment reflects the practices values in action, and sets a precedent for the approach they have continued to apply.
