Educating and empowering homeowners to make informed decisions is a responsibility we take seriously.

This year, our initiatives are focused on making those connections work better in practice. This includes continued investment in our platform, with improvements designed to better educate homeowners, simplify the process of finding and engaging the right professional, and support designers with clearer, more qualified leads. We are also evolving our tools and systems, including enhancements to our client CRM, to help designers better manage, navigate, and respond to enquiries, creating a more transparent and efficient experience on both sides.
Alongside this, we remain committed to initiatives that deepen our impact across the community. This includes programs designed to support small design-led businesses as they grow, awards that celebrate achievement across our community, and curated events that bring people together to share ideas, experiences, and inspiration.
